KBC reacts to decision taken by the Brussels Court of First Instance in dispute with Investor Protection

KBC takes note that the Brussels Court of First Instance has found partially against KBC Bank in proceedings initiated by Investor Protection on behalf of a number of clients that had invested in KBC's 5-5-5 products.

KBC will examine the court's decision in greater detail and consider what further legal steps should be taken.
