KBC reacts to decision taken by the Brussels Court of First Instance in dispute with Investor Protection

Friday, January 29, 2016 — KBC takes note that the Brussels Court of First Instance has found partially against KBC Bank in proceedings initiated by Investor Protection on behalf of a number of clients that had invested in KBC's 5-5-5 products.

KBC will examine the court's decision in greater detail and consider what further legal steps should be taken.
