KBC resumes normal operations tomorrow

As a consequence of the heightened terror threat and the expected mobility problems in Brussels, KBC took a number of pro-active measures on Sunday to guarantee continued provision of service to its clients. Normally speaking, KBC will resume business tomorrow at its Havenlaan and Grote Markt premises.

On the basis of the information provided by the governments and as a result of the measures they have implemented, KBC has decided that all staff at its Havenlaan and Grote Markt premises in Brussels can resume working at these locations tomorrow, Wednesday 25 November. Over the last two days, the members of staff affected have either been working at a different location or teleworking.

Nevertheless, KBC will continue to closely monitor the situation.

From tomorrow on, clients can also start doing their banking business again at the KBC Brussels Karreveld and Turn & Taxis bank branches, as well as at the CBC Banque branch located on the Grote Markt. This means that all of KBC's bank branches in Brussels will again be open for business.

KBC apologises for any temporary inconvenience caused by these measures.

KBC and Cera jointly establish the KBC & Cera Foundation to strengthen the mental wellbeing of young people
One in five young people struggle with moderate to severe mental health problems. This has been a growing trend for years that puts increasing pressure on their well-being and outlook for the future. Preventive measures are essential to tackling these problems in time and improving the mental resilience of young people, which is why KBC and Cera have jointly established the KBC & Cera Foundation. Drawing upon their many connections in broader society, they are now joining forces to structurally invest in mental wellbeing and better support young people where this has the most impact.
