KBC Touch: new way of online banking with tablet and PC

A totally new online banking experience for KBC/CBC clients

After the summer, KBC/CBC will be launching a totally new online experience: KBC Touch, the new way to do online banking with tablet and PC.

KBC developed KBC Touch for and with the input of its clients. The application took shape after combining the findings of various questionnaires and discussions with them, enabling KBC to gain a clear insight into their expectations and vision for online banking and insurance. The findings showed that clients are looking for a lot more simplicity and ease of use and that complex online applications are taboo. Many clients also want to have a handy overview of their income and expenditure – an 'electronic housekeeping book', if you will.

In the meantime, more than 4 000 KBC employees have been testing a pilot version of the app, which is now being further refined. Starting in September 2014, KBC will gradually begin to switch its online clients over to KBC Touch. By mid-2015, all our clients will have been migrated to the new application.
