Soluz.io helps clients with e-invoicing

KBC and Arco Information have teamed up to launch a joint venture called Soluz.io (pronounced ‘Soluzio’). The new organisation will offer solutions that help clients switch to electronic or e-invoicing. Soluz.io will also work to develop other new, innovative and client-centric solutions for the future

The new joint venture Soluz.io will help clients make the transition to electronic invoicing (e-invoicing). The key focus here is on making life easier when generating invoices. Other new, innovative and client-centric solutions will be added going forward.

KBC + Arco Information NV = Soluz.io

Arco Information NV provides solutions for managing document information flows. The firm’s core business is transforming paper to digital formats and automating electronic invoicing processes. Having KBC as a partner makes it possible to add a payment solution too.

The total solution will be integrated in the KBC Business Dashboard for entrepreneurs – an online banking portal for tablets and desktops that provides businesspeople with easy access to all their banking applications.

Wim Eraly, Senior General Manager Corporate Banking at KBC comments: ‘Entrepreneurs expect more from their banker than pure banking solutions alone. Joining forces with a reliable partner enables KBC Corporate Banking to deliver a total solution to its clients. What’s more, offering third-party services forms a perfect fit with the Open Banking strategy of KBC. Soluz.io e-invoicing relieves entrepreneurs of several very time-consuming tasks. In this way, KBC will help clients achieve their digital transformation.

Paul Van Coillie, CEO Arco information adds: ‘By placing our technology in Soluz.io, we can accelerate the evolution that KBC is pursuing. And we can now roll the technology out together faster, which will help businesses meet their future needs.
